That’s exactly what I was thinking, if the jacks shown are behind the TV the other end is probably hooked to the DVD player (if equipped) or just hanging behind the stereo if there is no DVD player on that model.

Did once and did not see anything but it only takes a second to remove access panel. Will look again when I get home.

rmac is correct. those are for connecting the DVD player to the tv. Since your unit doesn't appear to have a DVD player the wires are probably just laying in the back of the cabinet behind the radio.
I can't find a single Furrion device that looks like yours that doesn't have a DVD player.
We definitely need a better pic or a model number to know more.

I think I found it.
It looks like a Furrion DV3050. It doesn't have a DVD player, but it plays MP3's and WMA's thru the USB port.
I bet that those wires are connected to the unit.

Users Manual
https://furrion.com/collections/ster...l-mount-stereo
Page 10 shows the back of the unit.
The Unit has both RCA jacks for Audio/Video IN and Audio/Video out so no telling which they hooked it to. My suggestion is to pop the face plate off, remove the screws on the unit mounting it to the wall or cabinet and see what their hooked to, if anything.
My guess it they are INPUT's to play though your radio and you'll find that either you already have another set of outputs plugged in and wired to the TV area or there are no output wires run and you have a project if you want that. Myself, I'd prefer to run an HDMI straight from a blueray player to the TV and give up the ability to play through the radio's cheap speakers.

When I tried to use mine in our Cherokee to plug in the TV...they didn't work. Found out by pulling the radio out that they were wired wrong. I redid them and TV / Audio worked fine.

I have been in the access panel and don't remember seeing any RCA plug jack behind the radio in the wall or otherwise. The unit did not come with a TV so we had to buy one. I have all my movies on an external HDD connected a laptop played with Emby connected to the TV with an HDMI cable.
When I get home I will remove the access panel and post a picture of what is behind the radio.

Unless they are for hookingbup an old school gaming system on but then how does it display on the TV? Through the antenna cable with the TV set to vga display ? That I have not tried yet. Attachment 203220

They may be for an outdoor hook-up

Mine were dvd out put from the no brand name radio/cd/dvd player. Play the dvd and put the TV on component or a/v source. Bingo play movies.
Who ever said "should be easy to replace with hdmi cable" was wrong. FR buried those cheap unshielded RCA wires in the wall too deeply. But thanks FR they pick up enough emi to make the picture far less than perfect, but hey.

We have those connections next to the AC outlets below the bedroom TV. They are routed to Aux 1 on that TV. Great for hooking up my stereo digital SLR camera. It was a strain to get a HDMI cable to the input on that TV, but can use that to connect my laptop computer and might get a blue-ray player in the future.

Are you sure those wall plate connections don't go to the back of your tv?
It would make for easy connection of an audio/video device to your tv.

I suppose I am old.... What happened to VHS? Ha ha. I suppose the the DVD/Bluray is obsolete as the CD player in my truck.
One might also assume the DVD players they put in are crap and you have to buy another player anyway... as I did on the two I've had.

No the cable does not hook into the TV. I bought the TV and put it myself. HOWEVER I did find out where the cables go to. They go into the back of the radio into the audio left, audio right, and video input. Upon further inspection the radio also audio L & R and video output.
After looking closer at the TV it does not have audio or video out. So if I buy a new TV set with audio out, I should be able to play through the radio speakers. For right now though it is kinda useless but I did find out where they go. Thanks everyone for helping solve The Great RCA Plug Mystery of 2019. Lookout Sherlock Holmes I am on the case [emoji23]

Most TV's of Walmart Quality have a Digital out over Toslink and the Stereo in my 2013 Rockwood had Toslink in which allowed 5.1 surfing capable sound to be played on the built in stereo system. Looks like they have cheapened up thing a bit in 5 years and taken that feature away but allow poor quality DVD playback by 1990 composite video to the TV.
Trash the whole thing buy a new tee and 2.1 sound bar and never look back.
