CO is nothing to mess with. It's a shame they did not have any CO detectors in the building. I have a very good friend that works in the HVAC business and preaches everything he learns and how scary it is. Almost all CO detectors sold at stores don't alarm until levels reach 70 ppm. He sells a detector that reads at 1 ppm and alarms at 15. Cost was$150 well worth to me and my family. It is mounted in the hallway in our home between our bedroom and our sons. When we go camping it goes with us every time.
