Cedar Creek 2014 CCK40 Odor problem
We purchased a 2014 Cedar Creek 40CCK destination model. There was a strong chemical smell. The salesman said it was a "new Smell" and it would go away. We complained to the service dept. a few times. Again we were told it was a "new smell". This odor absorbs into food, plastic, paper goods, clothing, boxes of crackers, cereal, etc. The food has to be thrown out. It is a strong chemical smell, the door get in cloth and even after a wash it still smell. The new smell should have gone away after two years, we only use the unit 3-4 months per year. Anyone else have this problem? I have visit other similar unit and no odor like mine.
