I have a question on the auto level system, can I leave the 5th wheel pinned to the truck and hit the auto level button, if I am amply staying one night at a camp ground or do I need to unhook the truck and move it a few feet. The 5th wheel dips down first as part of the leveling process. It is the hydronic system.

I would not leave the truck hooked up. I didn't see what system it is. On my LCI system it starts with a dip on the front and then starts the auto level. sound like it is a LCI.

Yea, autoleveling is designed to be off the TV, I would activate the system when still hooked up.

It's emphasized pretty strongly in the manual and strongly again during your PDI to always unhook before pressing the auto level button. Unhooking doesn't take 5 minutes ... pretty short time compared to possible system damage if you stayed hooked up.

Have four point LCI and you are to. Unhook and then hit auto level

Definitely unhook. I also have the leveling system (4 point) and I start with nose a little low.

Unhook, you never tell how low the front will dip with auto level. We have a 32RK. You can manually level hooked up though which I have done. The walkthrough folks really emphasized the unhook for auto level.

If I just want some stability, I leave the TV hooked up and go to manual. I then just lower the fronts just enough to take some weight off the pin.

Thanks for the reply, I will NOT auto level with the TV hooked up. Some day I will try the manual jacks down for a quick one night stay.
