Class C vs Class A

In 15 years we've gone from an 18' TT to a 28' 5th Whl to our current Class C 3120 DS. Now considering a gas Class A (less than 30'). Interested if anyone has made the switch. I'd like to get an idea how the fuel mileage might differ (both would have the same V10 Ford but different underpinnings). How about a comparison of road handling. I currently tow a Ford C-MAX. Also any other things that I should be aware of and haven't thought about.

we went from a class C Sunseeker 2300 to a class A FR3 30DS gas mileage dropped but now tow a wrangler, now road handling I felt like the class C was just a big pickup truck, the class A keeps your attention but after the first couple of trips you know what to do when the wind grabs the side of that box. We Love all the room in the class A

2014 FR3 30DS
