Cleaning!

Alright fellow campers, you guys came thru for me with the waterhose and I Ty. So I have a 2013 palomino solaire 25bhss. It is toffee color fiberglass with black trim. The front and back of slide is also black. First: what is the best soap? The bugs on the front are killing me. My soft brush isn't really working. Also there are many smear marks, I'm guessing from clear silicone around windows etc. is there anything that will take the smears away without hurting the paint or decals. Also can I use like armor all pro shine or something on the black plastic or vinyl trim to give it a nice shine. Feedback please!

WD 40 WILL TAKE OFF tar and bugs like nothing, also use/try a fresh dryer-softener sheet with a little water or get a "dobie" nylon pot scrubber pad (the ones that are NOT course)with straight car wash soap and you will be good any or all of these combinations.

And none of the above will hurt the fiberglass siding, paint, or decals?

Good suggestions by quick83. They will not harm the paint or decals. Keep your rig waxed, especially the front to make bug removal easier. Between full wax jobs I am always touching up the front of my rig with either a spray on wax like Eagle 1 or cheap furniture polish bought at the dollar store. The wet dryer sheets really work great. Also I use Castrol Super Clean to remove stubborn streaking or plain old road grime. Works great on cleaning your awning too. The Super Clean may work full strength on the silicone smearing, however make sure you wax after as it will strip off any wax or sealant you may have used.
