Cleaning trailer

I have a grey wolf 26bh.Today I used dawn dish soap LIGHTLY to clean it and rinsed but I had to use some force to get black streaks off near the top on one side. I don't really want to use dish soap everytime I wash it bbecause I know a good wax would be better. What is a good wax/wash? Thanks.
