Coachnet coverage. Activation Required?

Hey All, new guy with a stupid question.
Just took delivery recently of a 2018 Rockwood 5th Wheel and it supposedly comes with 1 year of Coachnet coverage. Is there something I'm supposed to do to activate the coverage?
Didn't get any paperwork/documentation of coverage when we took delivery of the camper. Hopefully we'll never need to use it but don't want to be stranded and find out there was something I was supposed to do to activate the service.

I got Coachnet paperwork when I told delivery (or maybe I got it in the mail - I can't remember). Call your dealership/salesman/closing person and ask.

I didn't even realize we had it until I got the renewal notice about 10 months after we purchased it. You can give them a call and they will send you a packet with information in it and my cards.....but it took me 2 calls to get it.

When I got mine, I just went to the website and entered my information and got my membership card printed out. The hard copy with the details arrived about 10 days later.

I did the same. The membership cards and stickers arrived shortly thereafter.

I didn't realize I had it either, so I took GS road service plan. Decal for CN was on the inside of cabinet door. Just about 4 years later and I dumped GS and went back to CN
