Cold Springs RV, Weare NH

Stay away from this place poor service after the sale. They have had my RV for a week promised to be done for pick up tomorrow three hours ago they said they would call when done and now they are closed for the day and no phone call.. I need a phone # and name of someone at forest river that I can talk to. I would be ashamed if they were selling my product.

Ok the work they did on the sofa bed great job, refrigerator/ freezer door great job, cabinet door still on order, tv reception still lousy and they didn't do any thing about the mattress. I haven't called them yet to let them know about the tv and mattress I want to check something my self before calling them....

Tv reception on the cable jack is snowy if I plug the cable from the campground in the satalitte connector it's great but I guess that jack only does the living room tv not the bed room or outside tv. The air mattress has a deflate button and it doesn't deflate the mattress, I know you can just unscrew the plug but that's not the point when you pay good money for something it should work right..

Ok it's July 5, still haven't heard from the dealer on where my cabinet door is, I know Forest river sees these post because they called the dealer when I first started this post. I would rather forest river get in touch with me I dont want to deal with the dealer any more. The are just wasting my time.

Finally got my cabinet door since April.....happy camper now, replaced the tv booster still crappy picture so just bypassed the booster, picture is fine again. I will live with it.. Thanks Woody
