Cold weather camping

I know, strange timing on thi topic. Lol We are new TT owners and would like to get out into light snow country this winter. I would expect temps in the 20s. How do you manage for cold weather camping? Must all tanks have heaters? I suppose using the fresh water tank and water pump is preferred over connecting to a faucet with a hose, right? Anyone have thoughts or ideas to share?

With some of our pipes being external to the trailer we don't use the onboard water system when winter camping and just rely upon water jugs and the campground bathrooms. Since it is only over the weekend we don't really find it inconvenient compared to the risk of damage and having to re-winterize when we get home.
