Commercial truck washing

I was on the road not to long ago and I passed by a big truck stop and they had these big bays there for washing commercial trucks. I got to wondering if they could wash campers, lord knows mine needs it. We have been on the road now for more than a month, camper is dirty

Id be nervous about the detergents they use. They may not be RV friendly.

One of our running mates is a commercial truck driver. He uses the truck washes for his RV every chance he gets. Most of them have wax also. His rig always looks nice and it hasn't caused any problems that I'm aware of.

Congrats on retirement!!! We also just retired (1 year ago). I understand your sentiment exactly!! We are so busy now I wonder how we ever had time to go to work before. So any work I can get out of now is a good thing. Enjoy the truck wash!!

I use my local truck wash at least twice a year, more if needed. It cost $55 to have both the truck and TT washed and liquid waxed and they do a good job. DON'T FORGET TO CLOSE THE ROOF VENTS! Don't even ask me how I know!

Lord if I had to make a list of all the stupid stuff I have done I wouldn't have time to camp. The first thing I do now when I do something stupid is look around and see if anyone saw me, if no one saw me it's a plus
