Concertone Customer Service

I recently purchased a used TT and it has the Concertone ZX75 which has the known dreaded alarm which won't shut off issue. I called and reached an operator at Concertone and he stated that there was not a known issue with this head unit. I explained to him that in my research to try and get instructions on how to turn off the alarm since their manual was not showing the steps that my head unit needed that I ran across MANY forums with customers complaining of this same issue. We are tired of this alarm that won't turn off. The operator then said well then you need to replace your unit.

I PROMISE that when I replace this unit it will NOT be with a Concertone. I will promise that not one penny of mine is spent on this company just for their lack of customer service and attitude. I hope that the makers of RV's start to realize that their reputation also depends on the quality of items they put into the units they make that holds their name on them.

Second I believe you should introduce yourself before coming on here with a complaint.
