Ok. Let's not be hateful. Let's be helpful. The only reason I know to use those undernourished little Zanp jacks is, as I assume, you plan to use the panels as portable. That is the way all of us in my rv group started too. I would say, if that's the plan, get a compatible connector and cut the the wire as necessary to reverse the polarity to match the output of the solar to the voltage polarity of the Zamp jack.
Beyond that I do agree that you would benefit by studying the subject more, before you invest more. I know the Harbor Freight system has appeal because it is in store and a complete system that you can touch and see. For future expansion I would recommend you look at Renogy.com and WindyNation.com for panels and hardware and either look at their charge controllers or study the many options for charge control and battery management that are well described on line and through YouTube. Battery management for rv's is no where near as simple as we expect, because most of us have our experience only with car battery systems which are well designed to be headache free and literally TURN KEY.
