You should go to as many RV shows and dealers as possible. There are so many possible floor plans, options and makes, one RV dealer will not be able to show you what is possible or available. If you are not in a rush to buy you will soon hit the RV that you like in terms of floorplan, options and budget. We looked for 2 years and went without a trailer for a year before finding the right trailer.

I hope you will do more research than just walking into the closest dealership and finding something you like. From my research, CW doesn't sell any brands I would buy. There are also RV dealers in Seguin, Boerne, and two or three near Buda.

I really liked my salesman, JJ Jackson at Crestview in Buda (but I'm not so happy with their service department).
Oh absolutely! I am the research queen! People even make fun of me cause I research stuff so much!

Well. After spending almost all day yesterday on the internet, I'm not impressed. I guess we like our TT more than we realized!

Kitchen and bedroom.

The kitchen in our TT has LOST of counter space.

The bed in our TT has "bedside" tables on both sides of the bed.

Both of those are the most attractive features of our TT. We saw 1 motorhome that had the kitchen and bedroom that we liked, but it was $350,000!

We're in no rush. Don't know if we even will upgrade. But we're starting the process.

Take a look at the PrimeTime Crusader 320RLT in this Gallery. Lots of kitchen counter space. Still only one bedside table, but the wardrobe on the other side may makeup for that.

I think it will be fine with your 3/4 ton truck with this.

We were in the same boat. Had a 2006 Wildcat Bunkhouse that we used ALOT! A year ago we built a new house and ended up living in the 5th wheel for a little over 3 months. Me, the wife and 2 daughters in that trailer was cramped to say the least. This fall we decided it was time for a upgrade. In August we visited a RV dealer about 2 miles from the house and my wife really liked the Columbus line. Over the next 2 1/2 months we looked at 5th wheels and motor homes in 3 states and various RV shows. We also looked in just about every price range. Well recently things came full circle and we ended up back at that dealer 2 miles away and purchased a Columbus 340RK.

If you think you might be interested then take the time to go look. The internet is a great research tool but nothing takes the place of seeing in person. Some of today's RV's are truly great rigs.

Plus, the current TV has over 260,000 miles on it. We're not sure how much longer it will last. So we're considering maybe waiting till the truck dies, then get a new truck and trailer at the same time.

Please keep in mind that those fivers listed above are not rated for full-time RVing. They are rated for occasional use only and if they know that you are full-timing in then you will have no warranty. It took us 7 months to get the right TV and over 17 months to find the fiver that we got. Please take your time and good luck.
