Constant Beeping in Georgetown 340TS

There is a beep every 15 seconds or so when I first go in the RV, lasts for a few minutes and then goes away. Its not a smoke detector, any ideas?

Could be your propane detector. They will chirp or beep when they have failed. Test it by pushing the test button and confirm if it's good or not by the light. Usually will flash a red light if it's bad. If it shows green it's good. Also if don't have a sufficient 12 volt supply to the trailer ( not plugged in and low battery ) the propane detector will chirp or beep to let you know it's being under powered. 9 or 10 volts DC can be low enough to cause the detector to chirp. You might also have carbon monoxide detector that may have low batteries.

Check smoke detectors. Most RV's use commercial household smoke detectors and when the batteries get low they beep to let you know. As most people are not in their RV ( Unless full timers) every day as they are in their home, it is a good idea to replace smoke detector batteries at the beginning of each camping season. You could also get one of the new 10yr units.
