I just got home from 5 days of camping on the east end of Long Island. The campsites on both sides of me had Honda generators WHAT A PLEASURE!!! My point in the opening post was this guy had his noisy generator behind his camper so he did not have to listen to it. If he had that thing near his picninc table/awning area he would not have been running it. He was an inconsiderate person. My friend called the parks commision last week and was told the rules are the generator is to be placed on the ENTRY side of the camper so I guess shame on us for not knowing the rules. It is nice to know this for future reference tho as the Park Police will enforce this.
