Question Contacting the CEO of Forest River

I've recently had a very poor experience with Forest River Warranty Service and was told to take a hike. I'd like to pass this along to the CEO and ask for resolution to my problem, but as you likely know, there is no contact info on the Forest River web site. Does anyone know who the president is and how I can contact him/her? Thanks.

It has been about a year since I contacted the CEO of Forest River and the company has been purchased by Berkshire Hathaway since then. Funny, I thought Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett) was smarter than that. However the purchase agreement said the CEO would remain the same. If so:

His name is Peter Liegl and his fax number is 1-574-522-2025 and his mail address was 3010 College Ave, PO Box 124, Goshen, IN. Sorry I did not write down the zip code but Goshen is tiny so likely has only one zip code. I got all this from the stock market resources on the internet. His secretary called back within a few days and they took care of my problem.

Let me know if you find out anything different.

Forrest

Unhappy Prime Time Crusader issues

We purchased a Prime Time (Forest River) Crusader 330MKS in March of 2013. This coach has been the worst night mare of the 6RVs we have purchased over the last 30 years. First the second time I went to hook up the lading gear motor died and I had one sent to me from Lippert (after contacting warrentee service) then replaced myself. Next the sound bar had a ghost and would turn itself on if the coach was connected to AC power (at any time night or day). I found that RCA abruptly stopped making the unit (once again service and run around). Next we had guests and the air mattress leaked from a hole in it (service again little better response). Then the recliners failed to stay back and now 14 months latter still being jerked around after five trips to repair. They replaced the chairs with Lippert not Lane and still have issues, such as the back release on one chair is below the cushion. Got a new arm and the factory person screwed up so attempted to pass off by using deck screws to hold the handle in, that failed to work and we are still awaiting a new arm.

altfox, this thread is nearly 8 years old!

you probably should have started your own thread.
and your post isn't asking about contacting the CEO of FR, which what the OP started it for.
