I would like to purchase the Cedar Creek Cottage, when checking with my campground where I have a seasonal site to make sure it wasn't to big, they said as long as its not a Park Model. What is the difference between the cottage and a park model?
I'm pretty sure if it has holding tanks and is on wheels and can be moved (both of which is the case with the Cottage) it won't be considered a Park Model. Why don't you email the campground a picture or description just to make sure. Our friends have one and it's beautiful and they love it, but they had the same concern before their campground approved them.
