I remember a few years ago reading about a private bus dumping its tanks while going over a bridge to which a cruise ship was passing under at the same time. Some people never learn and others are just ignorant. Kind of like the people who discard dirty baby diapers in parking lots. I did see a hose break once and made a mess, trying to shut the valve without wearing any was interesting to watch. Used the water hose to wash everything down along with some bleach, glad he had gloves on.

No, don't think so. It was a huge 5ver Toy Hauler, I've never seen those offered as rentals, but could have been a private rental.
