cover or carport

I have a 2007 Forest River WildWood 27LE. I recently purchased it and it is in almost perfect shape. It has no leakes from the rooof. The roof is clean. I am concerned about keeping it this way. I have never owned a travel trailer before so I am new at this. I first thought about buying a carport to park it under so the weather and elements would not bother it and then I thought about just buting a cover for it. I am all about saving money, but also want to save my roof. Does anyone have any suggestion on the best way to go?

Carport would be easier. and it would always be covered when parked. Most people just use the cover during the winter months. I like mine under our carport year round. Keeps it a lot cleaner.

If you can do a carport, that would be best!
