When ever you want to remove it..... but best to do it when the cover is dry ......... I don't use a cover I have had too many bad experiences with car covers. Also keep in mind you will probably only get 2-3 years from it depending on how windy it is where you live. Where I live you are real lucky to get one season out of one.........
I'm considering removing mine in a week or 2 ( northern ohio). Like others posted before make sure it's dry. Last spring it was so hot we had a ton of those stupid stink bugs that were all over the cover too, made for more fun cleaning it before storing the cover. We camp early so I'm hoping to be out in 3 weeks.

I'm thinking about taking the cover off today because it supposed to rain tomorrow. Or should I wait for the rain to pass it's going to be around 60 degrees for the next two weeks with a few days at around 45.
Federal law states: "when a owner, operator or such of a mobile travel sleeping unit wants to uncover such said unit they must : Fill out a section 45648284959rv form with the local rv controlling unit. They must than wait for guidance and permit number 2394983$2234rvoktoouse form. Of course this must be signed in triplicate by a person that does not exist."
No silly you can uncover your rv anytime you want and are ready. I'm just being a smart tail sitting hear watching maple sap boil and boil and boil while thinking about camping.
Yesterday was a good time for me!!! Cover off, and already started on a couple of minor repairs & modifications that didn't get done last fall, because I was a bit busy with Hurricane Sandy response....
