Covered RV storage suggestions

We are looking for covered storage for our 40' Sanibel 5th wheel. We are looking to pay for the storage year round as we will only be using it for 3-4 months in the winter seasons (Nov.- Feb.) As we live in the Yukon (Northern Canada) we don't want to put the trailer through the wear & tear of hauling it back home through the ice, snow & salt. We are looking to store it in the Southern Nevada (Vegas), Southern Utah or Arizona area. All the places we have tried so far don't have any covered spots available. We will be needing to put it in storage in Febuary as I need to be back to work by March. We are hoping someone will be able to point us in the right direction.
Thank you
