Flagstaff 23 ft. t/t has a create a breeze fan in the bathroom that stopped working.
There is what appears to be a thing that looks like a resistor underneath a screen that may be defective ( a rain sensor????). When I short out the leads to this, the fan works. My multimeter shows 12v across the leads.

the windings you see are resistors for the different speeds. I had a problem with the activation switch that turns the fan on when you open the hatch. It's accessible from the roof. The switch is the ground for the motor.

I would think you'd have no problems....But, first I'd give the company a call. I've delt with them in the past and they did everything possible to be of service.
