I have a 2012 model. I had an issue the the bedroom slide in which the track on the slide came out of line. That was corrected by the dealership with direction from the factory. According to my dealer, the factory has corrected the issue on newer models by reinforcing the tracks. This past weekend I hit my rear mounted spare tire going through a dip crossing a road. I plan on mounting it on the underside as my next project. Overall, we love our Crusader. We've had it for over a year and are very pleased with the workmanship and comfort. Oh, one other issue we had which was my fault is the bedroom door. It latched open to allow the bedroom slide to move. I pulled the door closed while latched to the bedroom wall and it pulled the latch out of the wall. Easy fix, not big deal.
