When we took our new salem hemi out two weeks ago for the first time my wife noticed that one of the sliding windows in the bunkhouse had a broke clip. The thing that keeps the window from opening when it is closed. I called someone (sorry don't remember the name) at forest river and told them about it and i didn't want/feel any need to take it to the dealer for a 2 second repair. He totally understood and sent an email to another person. Within 20 minutes I got a phone call from a Salem parts guy to ask what I needed. The next day I got probably around 4 calls making sure they were sending the right thing. Then 2 days later I had four new window clips or whatever you want to call them setting at my door step. No charge to me.

Maybe a good service sticky should be posted. I've had spooky good service on my '15 Coachmen 29FE from the dealer I purchased it from, LassoE RV, Amber, Iowa.

I'm glad to some good news about customer service. I read the RV Daily Report on here the other night about the sad state of customer service in the industry. I was beginning to wonder why I had just ordered a new RV. The last RV I bought in 1996 was a Trail Manor and it came with no problems. I ad no problems with it the 8 or 9 years I owned it and everything still worked when I sold it. It was used every weekend and for several weeks at a time. It did not sit idle much.
Well i just finished ordering the parts i needed, folks if you have a Micro Lite, Anna Miller is the parts person to go to. i sent her the info she needed and a couple of emails later my parts are on the way, she is what customer service should be. !!!!!

I've had great service from Flagstaff/Forest River. My dealer and I didn't get started off too well but in the past few months they seem to be doing a little better on customer service too.
