customer service

How long does it take customer service to return a call? Left a message the other day regarding the mounting of the tv in our new tracer and have yet to get a response. I hope this is not typical

I've had better luck with e-mail, they can send you pics that help out much more than just talking to someone.

tv is mounted in a recessed area above the fireplace. I would like to acess the usb ports in the rear. I can lift it up to the top of the recess but it won't tilt or raise any further.

There should be a locking device on your mount. Its on the bottom or on top of the mount. Find that and the TV should slide off the mount.
