Customer Service Help!!!!!

I have a new 2014 Forest River V Cross that I picked up on 10/10/14. After getting it home it has an issue with the dinning area slide blowing a fuse and then the slide quit working all togeather. I took it back to Tom Johnson in Concord NC where I bought it from on 10/16/14. They repaired all of the issues with it and I took it back home yesterday 10/17/14. When i got it home and checked everything out it did the same thing. I have only hhad it one week and just told them to just replace it. They keep wanting to try to fix it. Any idea on who I can call at Forest River to get some help.

Did they tell you what it was they "fixed" in one day? And did it work before you drove off the lot?

Worked when it took delivery. They said there was a short under the slid and they repaired it.

It definitely sounds like a short in the system some place. Hence the blowing of the fuse. I doubt you need to have anything replaced as you need to just find the short. Should be fairly easy for the dealer to fix. Just need to test the wires at certain places to check current. You might have had a wire get pinched during production. Quite normal.

Good luck,
