Customer Service Help!!!!!
I have a new 2014 Forest River V Cross that I picked up on 10/10/14. After getting it home it has an issue with the dinning area slide blowing a fuse and then the slide quit working all togeather. I took it back to Tom Johnson in Concord NC where I bought it from on 10/16/14. They repaired all of the issues with it and I took it back home yesterday 10/17/14. When i got it home and checked everything out it did the same thing. I have only hhad it one week and just told them to just replace it. They keep wanting to try to fix it. Any idea on who I can call at Forest River to get some help.
