Cutting A Panel Through The Rear Wall 2606WS

Hi from the UK.

I am taking delivery of my new TT a Rockwood 2606WS in 2 weeks. It has a rear bathroom, the toilet sits in the center of the bathroom/trailer against the rear panel wall

American TT's are super rare here and having come from a Rockwood Fifth wheel I already know UK sites dont work well when all the waste outlets are on the wrong side of the trailer for us here in the UK, not an issue with grey but the black is a headache.

UK TT's or caravans as we call them, have a smaller volume cassette toilet and I would like to install one of these instead of the factory toilet but to do this I will need to cut a square 18 inch access hole through the rear wall/panel to the outside rear of the trailer.

Has anyone done this, any advice or opinions welcome please. Whats in the rear panel, frame wise?

It is a vacubonded wall, so it will have an aluminum frame. There are a couple of ways to find out where the framing is. You can sometimes look at the wall from an angle in the mornings and the framing will show up behind the filon due to different condensation patterns. You can also get a good electronic (not magnetic) stud finder and it will find the framing in the wall.
