Dealer Anxiety

After reading so many posts about having to take a RV in for warranty work, I am posting a happy story.

I want to thank Bill in service at the RV Station in Donna, Texas. This is the same place where we purchased the unit. We had a water pump go bad on us where it was filling the FW and over flowing it while hooked to city water.

I went in and talked to one gentleman and he said to just bring in the trailer. So my husband and I rolled in without an appointment and Bill took all our info and sent us on our way.

A little under two weeks later we get the call to pick it up and yes it was the water pump. We have a brand spanking new one in there. No horror stories, no keeping the unit for a long time, just great dealer service.

Just wanted to let people know they are all not bad and a nightmare to work with.

Although I am not a customer, I hear good things about Steinbach Holiday RV in Manitoba. I do buy my parts there because they always seem to have what I need (or want).
