I could be wrong, but I don't know of many that will cover the service call of a third party. Maybe some do. When we had our awning motor replaced (under warranty), we had to pay the service call fee, which was fortunately only $25. We chose to have someone come to us, opposed to going to them, just for our own convenience, so it was worth the cost of the service.
