delivery time on a new build

does anybody know how long it takes to take delivery on a rv when ordering it? We like the cc36ckts but would like to order it to get everything we want on it.

We were quoted 10 to 12 weeks this last February and it came in just under 9 weeks. I have read on here the shortage of delivery drivers affecting the length of one's wait, yet some dealers have their own drivers. I guess you have quite a few factors, but always well worth the wait Good luck!

Thanks for the quick reply BiigDaddy. What percent is the average they ask for when ordering. We are paying cash, but curious on the percent required to order.

Cannot tell you how long I will end up waiting. I ordered during the last week of July and still no word.

The factories are pumping out units as fast as they can. With the economy roaring like it is, everyone is buying cars, RV's, and boats. So we all have to just jump in line and wait.

Back in 2004 when we custom ordered our TT we only put $400 down to secure the order

We put $1000 down because we special ordered ours with some standard options deleted and a few other differences.

Totally depends on what time of year you order it...we placed an order on ours last week of October last year and we could have had in as little as 6 weeks, but opted for a later delivery as we didn't need or want to be picking it up in late Dec...dealer stated that delivery times would get longer as we headed towards spring...the dealer wanted $1000 to place the order.
