After melting 2 doors (1 during the pdi) FR attached a shock so the door can only open up 3/4 of the way. I noticed on the current 26rlss and rockwood 2604's they still have the exhaust by the rear entry door with a shock on the door.
My door opens the other way. Maybe you should get your's swapped to open from the other side.
