Dewinterizing water not working

Hello folks,
I have a slight problem and I am looking for some help or advice,
I have a Rockwood Roo 21SS.
I normally use it at RV parks around my area, (North East) they have water hook ups at these parks
I have dewinterized it this last weekend but I don’t get water pressure to the sink, or bathroom
I have filled the water tank, and the pump seems to be working, and yes the hot water tank is empty,
Here is what I have done,
1) Hot water tank – hot and cold valves are open, bypass valve is closed
2) Valve at the bottom of water tank is open- water feed from tank?
3) Valve at the water pump is open
4) I have filled the clear water filter and put new filter in.
5) Turned pump on, seems to run fine
Results
Limited air pressure in the water lines. Once I open the faucet the air pressure escapes and then I lose all pressure, this takes about 1 to 2 seconds.
The water from the clear filter seems to pump through the sink and then it does not refill.
Does not seem to get any water at all to the hot water tank.

Is there a valve I am missing? I don’t know if there is a valve to switch from street water(that I normally use) to the onboard water tank?
Thanks for any insight or advice ,,

Can you explain this 3 way valve again. This sounds like to be the valve that is normally positioned to be open to the water tank, unless you are sucking in antifreeze.

If this valve is open to the suction side, then you are sucking in air at this point.

A pic would help.

Do you have an anti-freeze valve on the suction side of the water pump? If yes is it turned so water pump pulls water from fresh water tank?

My best guess is the valve never got switched back to to fresh water tank away from the winterizing position. Easy way to check is stick the winterizing hose into a gallon jug and see if it empties when water is turned on

not sure how else to describe it,
it is the line coming from the 30 gallon water tank to inside the camper, it is at the bottom of the water tank.

Just a thought, but do you have your low point drains closed. If not, the pump works, but the water is draining out from underneath. Consequently, no pressure.

Maybe the new water filter you put in isn't centered? That might allow a certain amount of pressure to build up between the filter and sink when off. Then when you turn the faucet on the initial pressure gives a 1-2 seconds of water/air but drops again in pressure.
