Dinette Bed Comfort Supplements

I am needing some recommendations on what kind of mattress toppers/self inflating mats people have found work best for taming the infamous dinette beds. I am looking at supplements for a queen size roughly (80"x54") that sleep the DW and I. She was...,well,...let's say underwhelmed at the comfort level of the dinette cushions. I had tested it out a week earlier and had been fine but I think she requires a softer touch.

I understand we can always go with a blow up bed but I am a little concerned about the transfer of movement when two people get on a single mattress. Any thoughts are appreciated.

We use a 2" memory foam on our bunk and a 1" for one of the other bunks. The 2" is bulky, but nice.

Ours is an 80"x60" but they also have smaller sizes.
