After 30 days of no power and signal from the dish the box loses it mind. You can actually "refresh" your box from your laptop and save yourself a long wait on hold with DirecTv. Use this link, log into your account, pick the box in the rv and send the refresh signal. You are back in business before you could get through half the prompts on the telephone.
