I found it a hard drive and thought not sure i would want to take the trailer that way. is 75 an easier drive?

we are looking at going to the fort next year hopefully
yes thats the route we took in August - veered off the 75 onto to Florida Turnpike and came in from the west side of Orlando missing the I-4. the construction is really bad on teh I4 and has been the last two summers we pulled the trailer down. i really preferred 75 and found i liked stopping in Knoxville better than south carolina. we hit clinton/knoxville koa for the night. easy in/easy out with a costco just before knoxville.

when we went your other route we hit a koa in rick hill SC - never again.

i really didnt have any preference because of the trailer....but 75 was less mountainous - i don't really notice much with the diesel truck, but i would do almost anything to avoid the I4 so via knoxville will likely be my route going forward.

As a random aside, if you can’t get into the Fort, here are some other options:

Thanks For the tip we will have to do some long weekend trips to some of these places. We are probably going to do a ucf campus night. Meagans brother plays for the knights.

We're there tonight and i saw your message right before I went out to the comfort station, which is very nice, BTW. Saw this hanging on the wall, for reference if this wasn't posted already. I was sad to see our fire pit on the "unapproved" list.

Sorry about the sideways pics ( iPhone) just heading to bed now so they'll have to do.
We're in the 300 loop, BTW
