One guy is wondering if you have a posterior fossa tumor pressing on your brain stem causing slurred speech and numbness, or maybe an acoustic neuroma, or maybe a pineal track ependymoma, the other guy thinks you're syncope secondary to god knows what. Go see an ENT specialist before these guys kill you off. It sounds like a mild case of simple vertigo. Truth be known, it can be anything. Maybe you are just chronically dehydrated...Go..
