I use the Oven all the time!
What I try to do is get on Pinterest and find baking recipes that do not require the long baking times such as.....Instead of Banana Bread I make Banana Bars...only takes 20 to 25 minutes instead of 55-60 minutes.
I do have a pampered chef pizza stone in the bottom of my Oven. Works great!
Happy Camping everyone!!

This was our first weekend out with ours, found out that it makes a great place to put some pkg foods until the bedding is put on beds and then they move to the ledge where the bedding was, pilot light was easy to light and took advise ahead of time and bought 4 6" unglazed tiles, did have problems getting the burner to light, and after checking this forum found out what to look for, yep the back of the burner was not in place, loosed screw fixed it replaced screw and this morning the grandson said the cinnamon rolls were perfect... baked them in a cast iron dutch oven on top the stove yesterday with a trivot and plate covered in foil... it worked but the boys said they tasted a little smokey, so glad the oven was an easy fix. yes will use oven often.

We store bread when not in use. This first trip of the season we used it almost every day, this morning was cinnamon buns. Baked Lasagna on Thursday and Baked potatoes Friday. Wouldn't be without it.
