I have a 2017 Shockwave. Do I like it, overall yes. BUT, if I ever bought a TV, appliance, car, etc built with the same quality as in an RV, I would search for other manufacturers. Check out the following:

We have had three Forest River products and have been happy with all. First was a Cardinal fifth wheel which we lived in full time two years. Second was a 2016 Coachman Mirada we took to California and back no issues liked ok until we saw a 2017 Georgetown xl 378 floor plan with dual slides that I had to have. We have a few issues that need being taken care of. It goes in Monday here's hoping it's ready for our scheduled trip to Tennessee the first of the month. Any R.V. regardless of what you paid will have some issues. We love ours but my wife also made me promise when I begged her for this one that was it. Needless to say I promised but it sure is fun looking at them.

We hate Forest River so much that we are trading our Trilogy (Dynamax/Forest River) for another one of their great products, see signature
Btw., this will be our 7th 5th wheel and 2nd Forest River

Bought my 1st rv in 06, a Salem srv32 sport toy hauler and never had any major issues with it. Still have it. Bought a 2017 38EL last Sept, it is at the dealer getting some minor issues fixed and having a dishwasher installed. We live in the 38EL fulltime, and love it. Are in the toy hauler will work is done on the 38EL.

Forest River has treated us like gold. The nearest Berkshire dealer is 400 miles away, and only one fr dealer in the state would do warranty work.. what little we needed done. FR okayed an independent or the one dealer with no hassle. The last was on an ac unit problem, the independent shop said he'd done an awful lot of rv' thru the years-entry level thru the big big bucks and thought the roof and work on mine was excellent. I read some of the posts and shake my head. Do I think they should be perfect for what we're all paying-certainly do- but given the realities I figure I'll work thru whatever presents itself. Long winded way of saying yes I would buy fr again.

If/when I buy another, it will be a Forest River product. To me it's a no-brainer.
I have had some issues with my Flagstaff which have been taken care of by their customer service in a prompt & efficient manner.
Another plus of note is the F.R.O.G. & the annual rally in Goshen. There you have the opportunity to meet & converse with all the levels of management at Forest River.

I really like my Cottage. Few minor issues. Normal. I consider that part of the shake down settling in. FR worked me very easily, my dealer as well. No complaints on a new trailer. Like RoseAnne RoseAnne O'dana used to say, "it's always sunthin!'".

Love our Forester. Took us couple years to find the floor plan we liked and the 3051 was it. Was a used one but when we received all the manuals the previous owner had left they had notes etc in them where needed. Did a 4 hour PDI just to make sure and had them turn on everything. No real issues to speak of so far.

Since we are thinking of full timing when we retire there is probably a dynamax in our future hopefully ( trade the house in on it [emoji3] ).

We absolutely love ours. It's always a little upsetting for us when we have to pack up and go home.

We have a new TT, we plan on living in it by next year! We bought a couple of acres and need to get that cleaned and cleared out so we can get TT set up. We lived in our other TT for a few months in 2016 but I had to have a hip replacement and had to go back to a house, but I can't wait to get back out there!! [emoji7]

We owned a Rockwood Roo for over 10 years that we loved, with virtually no issues.
Now we own a PrimeTime TracerAIR, which we love, other than some minor issues. Mainly cosmetic.

We just bought our third Forest River product...from the same dealer, so that should answer your question. As other have pointed out...yes, you'll have problems. Anything that big rolling down the road is going to have occasional problems.

But - we love RVing and will continue as long as we are physically able. We've had an RV since 2001 and it just keeps getting better (especially in our retirement years).

That was the long answer. Short answer...YES, we like/love our Forest River RV.
