Nice people seem to finish last with a lot of these dealers.

It's home!!!

The part came in on Monday & it was ready for pickup on Wednesday, just one day shy of 6 weeks. We did a quick scan for the fixes and everything seemed to be completed almost to my satisfaction. The ceiling in the front slide still has a little saggy part where there is a joint in the ceiling material but we have a new mattress which is plusher than that pitiful hunk of suff they called a mattress was.

It is a relief to have it home and back in it's garage!

just keep in mind when complaining to a dealer, they do not ever have to accept warranty work. Also if you develop major issues as I have had, the dealer makes the difference as to if Forest River will take carer of you, if they back you FR will take care of you if they don't back you than the chances of satisfaction become rather slim.

That's one reason that I tried to be nice when I talked with them. I figure they could really jack us around if they wanted too. I still think 6 weeks is about 3 weeks too long for what was done but it's home now AND without bloodshed!
