I thought I read on the forum that there was another filter besides he one in the water valve. I thought it was right up by the bowl. Don't have water flow when flushing.

Just changed out my valve. Don't know about a second filter, but make sure your valve is all the way seated when you put the 2 hoses back on. If it's not flushing, try and push in on the valve while flushing with the other hand.
