Dometic DuoTherm Brisk not blowing cold air

I have a 2008 Rockwood 5th wheel. Just last week the AC stopped blowing cold air. I cleaned the coils to no avail. I'm told these are sealed units and it needs to be replaced. Is that true? Is there anything else I should check? I can hear the compressor kick in and the fan runs fine. Is this a DIY job? I pretty handy and actually installed my home AC unit myself (had a contractor charge it). Looks fairly straight forward my only concern is how install it so that the ducted vents still work.

Had a similar issue on a 2015 Silverback. Had to be replaced. And it was!

WARNING: shop that replaced mine under warranty RIPPED MY ROOF.
I had a NEW ROOF PUT ON RECENTLY AT THEIR EXPENSE.
It had a BIG strip of Etrnabond tape on the tear for 1 year until the last FROG Rally.

Get your plan in order and ensure that membrane roof coating is PROTECTED.

Did you take temperature readings at the discharge and return to see what the difference was?

If you're sure it's bad then replacing it is pretty easy if you have some help. It basically sits on the roof with 4 bolts going through the roof from the inside. There's a foam gasket between the roof and the unit, and the bolts require proper torqueing to compress the gasket correctly. You'll have to unhook and reconnect a few wires for power and thermostat, but that's not a big issue.
