To help others that may or may not need to toilet seal replaced. I did order the seal to replace mine that was allowing water to seep trough. Reading the very easy to install directions the last step was to apply petroleum jelly or a silicone gel to the bottom of the gasket to assure a good seal. I decided to just apply petroleum jelly to the bottom of the bad one and it works great with no leakage period. If and when it starts leaking again I'll replace it with the new one but for now it works just fine.

Update that may help others with a toilet seal issue. I ordered a seal for the Dometic/Sea land toilet model # 320. Mine turns out the be a 210 series installed in older RV's. On the 210's the flush lever is on the left of toilet, the 300, 310 and 320 series the flush lever is on the right. The label showing the model # etc. on the 110, 210 and 510H series is located in the front by easily pulling out the lower front cover, the newer models have the info on the rear of the toilet.
