Dream Trailer, what would you get

The wife and I are considering selling the house and heading to a warmer and dryer climate (guess where)?
We have owned several motorhomes and now have a pull behind TT. So we are not new to having an RV.
If we do this, we would be getting a 5th wheel I am quite sure.
I have a new 2013, Chevy 3/4 ton with the big gas engine it. New truck is not an option, but think the chevy can pull about anything we could afford anyway. LOL
Thinking about 35' for so on the 5th wheel.
What options do you think you would want/need/desire if you were going to full time?
Any particular brand "better" for full timing than another?
Thanks

Decide what kind of layout you like and look for a camper that meets your needs. You will have to watch the weight of the 5w and the pin weight. We really liked the layout of our 5w and the only thing that the DW wishes it had was a tub/shower instead of just the shower but we will survive. We looked at a Cedar Creek 34RLSA and a Cedar Creek 36 CSK but they were over my budget and the weight was heavier than what I wanted to pull.

We pretty much know the layout we like and seems we can find it in about any brand.
Since we will be living it in forever (LOL), really wondering about options that are "must haves" for full timing.

It would be a Cedar Creek 38CK for me if I were going to full time.

One thing i would not want is the fridge located in one of the slide outs - something like:
Sierra Select Fifth Wheel by Forest River
or
Palomino RV - Manufacturer of Quaility RVs since 1968
or
NuWa Industries, Inc. HitchHiker LS
