driveway camping...doing it right now

...but not necessarily by choice.

We're having the kitchen torn out of the house.

Coles notes; new build house, high end kitchen, contractor F'd up big time, court case, win court case, kitchen torn out to the floor joists, new kitchen going in.

So, while things are in a royal mess we're in the drive way in the 831RLBSS.

It's not all bad, the trailer is better than the best hotel we could get in this "S" hole dump of a town......and I've got the HD PVR hooked up, wifi hooked up, and the AC is chillin' the pooches. All the comforts of home along with still being able to use the rest of the house except the kitchen.

My flojet macerator just showed up yesterday too. Good timing .

So, driveway camping it is for the next week or so.

Sometimes, a big honkin' travel trailer isn't such a bad thing to have taking up space in the yard....

We used our TT quite a lot this summer in the driveway. Our house A/C is broke and we don't want to dump a ton of money into it, so we slept in the TT. Our 5 kitties didn't like us spending all that time away from them, but they survived. They're terrified of the TT anyway, and it's been declared a CHFZ (cat hair fee zone.) LOL.

What a great idea! I never would have thought of it! My wife and I are buying a fixer-upper house (kitchen hasn't been touched since 1985), and might have to take a page from your playbook!

Leave it to a Phrog guy to come up with an out of the box solution!

LOL, gotta think outta the box with a 46 or you very often didn't "git back".

The old girl sure liked to throw a "what the heck?" moment at ya an awful lot...
