I think you will really like the Champion. I have had various generators over the years and the Champion 2000 is by far the best one.
It sits in my basement all winter long and starts on first pull in the spring.

Blain's Farm & Fleet has sales periodically. I bought my two Champion 73536i 2000W for $491.67 each with shipping. Found a parallel kit on eBay for $50 shipped. Running parallel, ran my 13000 BTU AC in 90 degree weather, no problem. Nice thing about having two is I can easily handle the weight of each and if one ever craps out, I have another one that will run the whole trailer less AC.
