Dumb Noob Cable Question

Used our new 15 Grey Wolf for the 1st time and hooked up cable TV from the park to our trailer but could not get those channels on our tv only the digital broadcast channels from the antenna. Tried using a/v cables from the outlets above the TV and tried all the tvs inputs but to no avail. What did we do wrong?

Sounds like you have to change the input on the TV's settings. Set the input to "Cable" and do a channel scan.

There should be a button on the panel where you plug the tv cable to the wall. I believe that button switches the panel from the tv antenna to the cable coming in from the outside.

Turn off the ant booster when hooked to cable hook up and change from air to cable in the tv menu.

We rescan every RV campground that has cable. And yes you should not have the LED on for the antenna switch over button..

Yeah - turn off the little green light for Antenna. Program tv for cable and do the channel scan.
