The question marks in your post makes me think you are asking why, the flush valve is on the same side as your tank drain for convenience so you don't have to walk around the MH to open and close. The flush line on the passenger side is so the spray nozzle on the flush line will run towards the drain when flushing pushing solids across the tank. If I assumed wrong about your post please clarify.

The Black Tank Flush is new to us,,, in the past I used a toilet wand on our Flagstaff,,, after we got home,,, flushed it in the yard...
I guess the ? marks are because I have never been to a Dump Station where the hose would reach the other side of the Sunseeker !!!
I do understand what you are saying about flushing to the drain valve Batts-toy !!!
