E Z Up Screen Room

We have a pop-up now and we wanted to get a pop-up screen room to take with us to put over the picnic tables. We were thinking of a 10x10. We are seniors so we want an easy setup that doesn't require more than 2 old people....LOL I have read some reviews, but most speak of bad leaking and hard to put up. I have seen several being used but I wanted imput on a few good ones. Thanks Karen

You have really posted a loaded question.

I am a fit middle aged male and find E-Z up canopy type items to be heavy and hard to put up. I always seem to have a hard time getting the metal pieces to function.

I am sure others will weight in as well.

One option could be to purchase one and try it out in your yard so you will not harm it and if you find it too difficult, then you can return it and as it is not a good fit for you.

Vin.

Thanks Vinmaker...... I know there has to be one out there that will meet our needs..... Several people had them when we went to Indian Boundry here in TN.... I just didn't have the nerve to stop and ask them.

Hopefully next time you will stop to ask because RVers are usually pretty friendly & helpful. And we like welcome another reason to talk about our stuff too.

With something like this, I really think it would be best to try it out just you and your DH and see how you are able to work with it.

We found a Coleman Event Shade. It comes in 10x10, 12x12, or 14x14. We have the 14. It does as advertised. Light weight and the two of us can set it up in less than 5 mins including staking. We found it when Coleman was closing an outlet store at the Mall. You may have to get it online.
