The 62 mile traffic jam was a bummer coming home, but not unexpected. It was well worth the travel time, the fun the grandkids had sleeping in the back of "Papa's" truck under the "Tonto" cover...as my 4yr old granddaughter calls it. All the people from the B&B next to the spot we had all to ourselves coming over to look thru my telescope was a lot of fun, as there were couples from all over the country and one from Germany. The auto dealership across the street getting on their P.A. system and announcing..."NERD ALERT...NERD ALERT !! As I was setting up my Telescope and gear out by the street...LMAO !!! We're already doing some planning for 2024 and looking at the line of Totality...(must've used that word a 1000 times in the last few months) for a place to travel to.
